Florentina Sima, Digital Marketing Specialist: “We Are Surrounded by Sources of Inspiration”

Florentina (née Florentina Sima) – I’m a girl who’s always smiling, optimistic, and playful. Passionate about coffee, photography, and creativity, I relax best when I leave Bucharest, and I live my life with a touch of sarcasm and humor. Officially, I’m a Digital Marketing Specialist. I work on B2C and B2B marketing strategies both for the brand I represent and for other clients, nationally and internationally. I’m a bit of a jack of all trades. I love creating campaigns, imagining them, planning them, testing them. I enjoy seeing their immediate impact and learning from them. Digital marketing is ever-changing, and I could never get bored.

As a child, I wanted to become an interior designer. It seemed perfect for me—I could imagine things and draw them. What more could I have wished for at that age? I’m glad I kept my imagination through the years. Now, when I design a strategy, I can easily visualize and project the solutions we need to implement. I’ve also kept my enthusiasm. I still celebrate like a child when something works and sometimes shout “YES!” around the office, leaving me with a big smile at the end of the day. My colleagues are used to it—the occupational hazard of working with me.

Of course, like any profession, there have been negative experiences. In my case, they were related to… continuation here!
