Bianca Stan, former programmer (native mobile app developer) and now Digital Strategist, and Marian Stan – sales professional and event organizer – are the co-founders of MabIT and MabEvents. With the mission of creating a space where personal and professional development are interconnected, they work with their teams to launch TAKE IT, a platform for promotion and personal development aimed at entrepreneur and student communities. C&B: How would you describe the story of your evolution?
Bianca Stan: My story is about transformation and self-discovery. It began in a programming role, but I felt I wasn’t reaching my full potential. Motivated by the desire to be a role model for my children, motherhood pushed me to rediscover myself and try new things courageously. I also decided to launch my personal blog, biancastan.ro.
This journey led me to evolve as a digital strategist and leader at MabIT. The combination of technical skills and leadership abilities allowed me to develop MabIT in the digital solutions space. This trajectory reflects a deep commitment to personal and professional growth, both for myself and our clients.
I’ve learned that personal development and fulfillment are essential to creating a positive impact around me.
Marian Stan: With a solid career in B2B and B2C sales and extensive experience in event organization, I reinvented myself as an entrepreneur through courage and innovation. Inspired by Bianca, my wife and partner, and pushed by the challenges of the pandemic, I decided to channel my expertise into growing MabIT and MabEvents. My dedication to personal development and client focus has helped me build valuable relationships with over 100 entrepreneurs (clients). My commitment to deeply understanding each business and its specific needs forms the foundation for providing comprehensive and impactful solutions in marketing and event management. Together with Bianca, we form a strong duo, taking a holistic and personalized approach to all our initiatives.
